Privacy overview.
Citequo is an AdParlor product. This overview describes this early-access application’s current data flows.
Account and business data
Sign-in uses ChatGPT. The application receives a site-specific user identifier, email, and optional display name. Saved businesses, buyer questions, website checks, scan results, citations, and task status are associated with your account.
Website and AI checks
The website check fetches the URL you submit and uses Cloudflare DNS to validate public destinations. When live scans are enabled, buyer questions are sent to OpenAI with web search. Responses are requested with API storage disabled; provider processing and retention policies still apply. Do not submit private customer records, credentials, or sensitive personal information in buyer questions.
Storage and access
Saved data is stored in the application’s Cloudflare D1 database through Sites hosting. Access to saved businesses and reports is checked on the server against the signed-in account. Public sample reports contain illustrative data. During sign-in, unfinished setup is kept in this browser tab’s session storage for up to 30 minutes and cleared after saving. Rate limits use hashed request identifiers and counters.
Published pages and agency tools
Business page drafts stay private. Publishing shares the fields you reviewed, and you can unpublish the page at any time. The directory shows only listings you choose to include. Site-wide access settings still apply. Prospect notes, report branding, and support conversations are saved to your account; the operator can read support messages to respond. The sourced business library is separate from your private notes, and no outreach is sent automatically.
Billing
When paid subscriptions open, Stripe handles checkout and payment details. The application stores billing identifiers and subscription status, not card numbers. No payments are accepted until billing is enabled.
Control and deletion
You can export a scan’s report data and delete a saved business and its reports from that business’s page. Usage counters and billing records are separate from report deletion. For account-level deletion or privacy questions, contact AdParlor.
