This page explains how we use information collected while Citequo is preparing to launch.

What you share

When you join the waitlist, we save your name, email address, signup time, and your agreement to receive Citequo launch updates and early-access offers. Joining is free and does not create a paid subscription.

How we use it

We use your details to manage the waitlist and contact you about Citequo. Signup notifications are sent to sales@citequo.com through FormSubmit. The waitlist itself is saved in our hosted database, and access is restricted to the site owner.

Privacy and security

We do not sell your waitlist information. Our hosting and email-delivery providers process the information needed to store signups and deliver notifications. We use hashed request identifiers and counters to limit spam. A necessary cookie remembers private-preview access for up to 12 hours if you enter its password.

Digital Footprint private preview

When you use the preview workspace, case details, URLs, evidence references, review worksheets, approval snapshots, manual submission records, and outcome notes are stored in our Cloudflare D1 database and associated with your signed-in account. They are not published on the site. The responsible-person field is a label and does not share access.

Current worksheets use local templates. Case data is not sent to an AI provider, publisher, Slack, or Telegram by this tool. Keep sensitive identity documents, credentials, and intimate imagery out of case notes. Export downloads include the saved case and its history. Archiving preserves these records; for deletion, email sales@citequo.com.

Opt out or request deletion

You can leave the waitlist or request deletion at any time by emailing sales@citequo.com from the address you signed up with. We keep waitlist information until it is no longer needed for launch updates, or until you request removal.
